Officials with the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources have filed charges against a State College man after he was reportedly caught on video performing various sexual acts with his dog at an area state forest.

According to the affidavit, investigators say multiple trail cameras reportedly captured the man, later identified as 64-year-old Themis Mastoukas, walking nude through Rothrock State Forest before performing the lewd acts.

Authorities say the video reportedly showed Matsoukas wearing nothing but a ski mask, wristwatch, shoes and a backpack.

Investigators say the indecent acts were reportedly done near one of the restroom areas at the forest.

Authorities say when DCNR officials went to Matsoukas' home to confront him, he reportedly became "nervous" and then began to "panic."

"I'm done, I'm dead, you don't understand, I do it to blow off steam," he reportedly told investigators.

Authorities say Matsoukas then allegedly "begged" the DCNR officials to "shoot him."

"What do I have to do to get you to shoot me; I need to die," Matsoukas added.

Investigators noted that multiple items were recovered from Matsoukas' home that matched items shown in the videos, including the ski mask, backpack and an iPad that Matsoukas is accused of using while performing the lewd acts.

According to online court records, Matsoukas was arraigned Tuesday on several charges including open lewdness, indecent exposure, sexual intercourse with an animal and animal cruelty.
