LAS VEGAS (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — The Vegoose Festival, set for Halloween weekend at Sam Boyd Stadium in Las Vegas is taking shape.

Put together by Bonnaroo veteran producers A.C. Entertainment, the festival lineup includes Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers, Jurassic 5, Built to Spill, Widespread Panic and The Killers to name a few.

"We're full speed ahead," says Ashley Capps, president of Knoxville, Tenn.-based A.C. Entertainment said in an interview with VNU Media. "Sales are a little slower than last year, but the dailies have been really solid for us, so we're feeling really good about it."

In addition to the main site, the promoters are also arranging Vegoose at Night which will be a series of night concerts at various venues around the city between October 27-31. String Cheese Incident, Phil Lesh, Tray Anastasio, Dave Matthews and Medeski Martin and Wood are a few of the performers scheduled.

Expect a few more lineup announcements between now and opening. "As with Bonnaroo we've always got these special, some of them non-musical, side amusement areas that feature different things," he says during his VNU interview "We`re really excited about some of the new visual elements and special attractions we'll have. Vegoose was such an exciting event last year we can't wait to get this one up and running." – CelebrityAccess Staff Writers
